Arika Davenport
Founder/Executive Director
Arika Davenport is the Founder and Executive Director of Path to Purpose Student Alliance. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and a Master's degree in Human Services and Leadership. As an entrepreneur, mentor, and passionate advocate for youth development, Arika brings a unique blend of education, leadership, and real-world experience to the organization.
Growing up in the inner city and attending public schools, Arika witnessed firsthand the untapped potential of many young people who lacked the guidance, encouragement, and opportunities needed to pursue their dreams. These experiences inspired her commitment to helping students discover their purpose and build successful futures.
Throughout the years, Arika has mentored youth within Columbus City Schools and served students through church ministry, providing encouragement, leadership, and faith-based support.

Our long-term vision is to establish a permanent community space where youth and young adults can gather, learn, build relationships, and access resources that help them thrive. Through mentorship, entrepreneurship, leadership development, and faith-based support, Our Purpose House will serve as a place where purpose is discovered and futures are changed.
